San Antonio – March 7, 2022
On March 7, 2022, CDS Muery joined the City of San Antonio Councilmen Clayton Perry, and representatives from Aetna, San Antonio Housing Trust and Pedcor Investments in the groundbreaking of Crosswinds Apartment Homes. We are honored to be the Civil Engineer and Surveyor on this new affordable housing complex.
This private investment from CVS Health of $15.3 million was a key component in the development. The complex consist of 13 three-story residential buildings totaling in 312 housing units.
